Will Biard
Managing Attorney
Will earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree from Texas Tech School of Law in 2001 and is a graduate from the Harvard School of Business Executive Management Program. Will is a former council member and mayor of the City of Paris, Texas. In 2013, he was elected the Texas District Judge for the 62nd Judicial District, encompassing Delta, Franklin, Hopkins and Lamar Counties. As a court of general jurisdiction, Will presided over a broad variety of matters including multi-million dollar civil litigation, family law matters including divorces and child custody disputes, and felony criminal matters including murder. He served in that position until January 2025, returning to pursue his passion of practicing law.
